Kaitlyn Lunt, LAMFT

Kaitlyn is a licensed Associate Marriage and Family Therapist with a Master’s degree from the University of Southern Mississippi and a Bachelor’s degree in Family Sciences from Brigham Young University. With her education and background, Kaitlyn has a unique ability to help clients uncover the underlying causes of their relational disconnect and pain. She is passionate about challenging patterns that keep relationships stuck, unfulfilled, and painful.

Kaitlyn offers a supportive and non-judgmental space for clients to explore new tools and perspectives that lead to positive and workable relationships. She has experience working with clients of all ages who are struggling with difficult relationships, anxiety, depression, trauma, self-esteem, grief and loss, emotional regulation, and other issues.

John L Walters, LCSW

John L. Walters is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who received his Bachelor of Science from Weber State University in 1997, and his Master Social Work from the University of Utah in 2006. Over the course of John’s career, he has developed a strong clinical background for treatment of substance abuse disorders, anxiety, depression, PTSD and relationship difficulty. Therapy modalities include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, EMDR and Motivational Interviewing.

In today’s era of contagious illness concerns and uncertainty with ever-changing political conflicts, social media influences and INFLATION, John is happy to offer and accommodate telehealth sessions in an effort to help reduce commute times for appointments and fuel costs.

John is a veteran of the United States Air Force and currently spends his free time riding the backroads and highways of Utah on his motorcycle (a very loud Softail Deluxe). He also enjoys spending time with his family and friends enjoying the outdoors and BBQ settings. Returning to the Saint George UT area after a ten-year career trek through Northern UT, John is extremely excited to have more frequent access to the National Parks, desert highways where riding is abundant and to the area where his children are often found in the performing arts providing entertainment for the community.

Laura Burton, LPC

Laura Burton holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Boise State University and a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Idaho State University. Grounded in Person-centered therapy, she creates a warm and accepting space where clients feel heard, valued, and empowered to explore their innermost thoughts and feelings. Drawing from Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Laura equips her clients with practical skills to manage emotions, improve interpersonal effectiveness, and cultivate mindfulness. Through DBT techniques, clients learn to navigate life's challenges with resilience and clarity.

Laura's approach also incorporates existentialist principles, inviting clients to explore questions of meaning, values, and personal authenticity. Together, they navigate life's complexities and find purpose and direction amidst uncertainty.

When working with couples, Laura draws from the renowned Gottman Method, focusing on fostering healthy communication patterns, building trust, and deepening emotional connection. She helps couples create a culture of appreciation and fondness, nurturing their bond and restoring harmony in their relationship.

Mathew Gossard, LMSW

Mathew Gossard is a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW), who graduated with a Bachelor's in Psychology from Boise State University in 2015, and received his Master's in Social Work in 2024. Mathew has experience in treatment of anxiety, depression, suicidality/self harm, and substance use spanning work in individual counseling, community mental health care and hospital settings. Primary therapies include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and commitment Therapy and Motivational Interviewing.

Adriana Amador, LPC

She hold a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Idaho State University, a Master’s of Science in Sport Leadership and Management with primary focus and certificate in Sport Psychology from Miami University, and a Bachelor’s of Science in Kinesiology with a minor in Psychology from Boise State University.

Drawing from an evidence-based Existential Counseling Framework, her approach to counseling revolves around exploring relationships, uncovering personal values, and finding meaning in experiences. Through collaboration, you'll delve into self-discovery, deepen your insight, and navigate the impact of past and present experiences on your journey. You’ll together process your experiences and equip you with coping mechanisms to navigate life's complexities with resilience and empowerment.
